Sydney: the Harold comedy room on hiatus

4 August 2008 by Viv Smythe No Comments Yet

Just after the Store closed, too. No Tuesday night stand-up at the Harold for the next few weeks (the Thursday night improvised comedy show Scared Scriptless is still forging ahead every week though).

At least the Harold Park Hotel does still plan to return to having a comedy room for stand-ups (according to the bloke I chatted to at the bar), it’s just that they’re not that happy with how it’s gone recently and are looking into some revamping of how they’re running it. Good luck to them, Sydney comedians need more rooms!
