Proudly presented by Brisbane Powerhouse and brisbanetimes.com.au, the Brisbane Comedy Festival is the largest festival celebrating comedy in Queensland.

Kicking off 2009, the Brisbane Comedy Festival has quickly become an anticipated highlight of Brisbane’s cultural program.

Housed in Brisbane Powerhouse, one of Australia’s most iconic arts centres, the festival creates a hub for the community to celebrate all things funny. The festival also provides new opportunities to Queensland comedians to perform alongside national and international talent, assisting in their career development.

Brisbane Comedy Festival is curated by Brisbane’s very own comedian Josh Thomas.
